Here's how you add searches to Auction Chief.
First click on the settings icon
on the toolbar.
Then select the Category Editor.
Here's what the Category Editor looks like.
1) Under Categories, type in a name for you new Category and click the Add button.
2) Now run you favorite browser, go to eBay and search for what you're looking for.
3) You may select an eBay Browse Category, search an eBay Browse Category or search all of eBay. You may search auction descriptions if you wish.
4) While you're on the first page of your search, copy the URL into the Windows clipboard by left clicking on it once and then pressing Control + C. In Microsoft Explorer, the URL is called the Address. In Netscape Navigator, the URL is called the Location.
5) Now go back to the Category Editor and in the section under Search URLS, paste the URL you copied by pressing Control + V. Now click the Add Button under the Search URLS section.
That's it. To have Auction Chief scan your searches. Click on the Update
