Report a Problem

If you are having a problem with Auction Chief, please send an email to the author. Please include the following information:

1) The version of Auction Chief that you are using. This is found on the title bar at the top of the screen.

2) The version of Windows that you use.

3) A detailed description of the problem.

In some cases attaching your category.txt file and your auction.txt file to your email can be helpful. These files contain the your searches and the auctions that you are watching and may help me reproduce your problem. category.txt file and auction.txt can be found in your Auction Chief directory (usually \program files\auction chief).
